Museum Theatre: Turmoil and Transition in the '70s
In this original play, Michigan-based playwright Kristin Hanratty, whose work has been seen at Theater Nova and Puzzle Piece Theatre, explores the themes of a decade that changed America. From “the silent majority” and war protesters, to a game show exploring the changing women’s rights landscape, to dancing “The Hustle,” you won’t want to miss what promises to be a compelling piece of theatre. This one-hour play was commissioned by the Lorenzo Cultural Center specifically for this exhibit. Also offered Wednsday, March 13 at 11am; Thursday, March 14 at 11am; and Friday, April 12 at 11am.
