Instructor: Dr. Michael L Schwartz, DBA, P.E., PMP
It is likely we have all been told "don't get emotional" at one time or another. As a result of this, many people have come to believe that emotions are harmful or detrimental; those emotions need to be and stay repressed, particularly in our professional lives. Nothing could be further from the truth. Emotions play a vital role in both our professional and personal lives. In this workshop, Dr. Schwartz will show why emotions are important, how to recognize and control your emotions, and how to benefit from them.
