Instructor: Rev. Dr. Louis Prues, DMin, Ph.D.

If you are sick of spiritual milk and crave substance, if you want something that is both thoughtful and pastoral, if you want to know the big picture, then Paul is the author you need to read, for he is the one who combines pastoral insights with profound theological reflection. No follower of Jesus shaped the early Christian movement as much as Paul did.
"Paul the Theologian" will be a "deep dive" into some of Paul's key theological passages dealing with love, law, grace, sin, citizenship, resurrection and spirit.

About the Presenter: Dr. Prues attended the University of Cincinnati where he earned a B.A. and an MBA in Marketing and Financial Management. He received his Master of Divinity from Dubuque Theological Seminary (1974) and a DMin and Ph.D. from San Francisco Theological Seminary in 1980. From 1970 through 2021, Dr. Prues had Pastorates in Michigan, Washington State, Iowa and California. In addition to his many other professional commitments, Dr. Prues serves as chair of Samaratis, a social services nonprofit agency.
