The first half of this presentation will showcase unique things to do and see in Pure Michigan, with emphasis on hidden gems in the Upper Peninsula, including photo and video components, such as content from PBS award-winning series Under the Radar: Michigan. We will take questions for open discussion at the end of the presentation and provide copies of our 2024 Spring/Summer Pure Michigan Travel Guide to those in attendance.
In the second half of this presentation, we will discover the picturesque beauty of Michigan’s Thumbcoast in an engaging class featuring lighthouses, charming coastal towns, and secret beaches while delving into the region’s rich heritage. Through guided discussion, Q&A, and virtual tours, uncover hidden gems and local treasures that make the Thumbcoast a beloved destination for travelers of all ages.
