    About the presentation

This event is a continuation of the Winter Maple Sweetness class, a hands-on journey following the path from sunshine to syrup. Along the way we will explore practices of the past, how to identify maple trees and discover the art and science of sap collection. At the end of the event, attendees have a much better understanding of the process of making maple syrup!
