  • About the presentation

Imagine a world where everybody is pleasant and easy to get along with. It might be nice, but it would also be very boring! The good news is that there are “difficult people” to help keep life from being boring. The bad news is that we still must deal with and get along with these “difficult people” who make life less boring. And we must continue to effectively conduct our daily activities, both personal and professional. We will try to understand “difficult people” and how we can deal with them.
