    Michigan voters will decide in November 2026 whether to approve another Michigan Constitutional Convention (Con-Con). To put this process in perspective, a detailed examination of Con-Con 11 of 1961 will be discussed in detail. This was the first such convention when female delegates participated. Their contributions will provide a springboard for better understanding of this important example of democracy in action.
